PLEASE NOTE

• Pre-registration is required: Sorry, drop-ins and unregistered friends and family will not be permitted on the grounds of Sorrento Centre.

• There is no separate program for children. Please consult us if you plan to bring children under 14.

• Pets are not allowed at Sorrento Centre.

• Please photocopy and fill out a separate form for each family member or friend when coming as a group.

• Because registrations are processed directly through Sorrento Centre, please make all cheques payable to Sorrento Centre in Canadian funds.

• Full payment will be required on or before July 15. All payments can be made by cheque, money order, VISA or Mastercard.

• Registration by fax, phone or email is accepted, but will be cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days.

• Within 3 weeks of receipt of payment you will receive notice that you are registered. If Swing Camp is full, you have the option of adding your name to the wait list or receiving a full refund.

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations (for any reason) after July 15, 2010 will not be eligible for any refund.

TUITION

Cost is $510/week + 12% HST which includes instruction, evening activities, Sunday BBQ, Saturday breakfast and snacks.

ACCOMMODATION

Camping options include onsite TENT or RVs sites (some serviced RV sites are available). You can reserve a bunk with mattress in one of 14 Cabana style CABINS, or you and your group can reserve your own. They sleep up to seven people. Bring your own bedding. The LODGES provide comfortable single and shared rooms with private bath. For those traveling with families who do not plan to register for the workshop, there are lots of nearby hotels, motels and camping facilities - BUT BE SURE TO BOOK EARLY! MEALS

The Sunday evening BBQ and Saturday morning breakfast are included with your tuition. Students have the option of preparing meals at campsites or saving precious time by having the Sorrento Centre cafeteria staff do the cooking. They know that musicians eat as much as lumberjacks so starting with Monday breakfast, you'll get 15 delicious and nutritious meals for $208 + 12% HST. A third option is the dinner only package (5 dinners) for $105 + 12% HST. Let us know if you prefer vegetarian meals or if you have other special requirements.

NOTE: For this year only, if you pay in full prior to May 1st, 2010, taxable items will be charged at only 5% GST. Please indicate your intention to do this at the time of registration.
